• Points collection is RM1 to 10 points
• 5% discount * on all normal retail products
• Points accumulation & discount is not applicable for first time purchase
• Membership card must be presented for points collection & 5% discount * for each sale transaction
• Membership card & redemption rewards are to be collected from L’OCCITANE boutique where application is initially made
• You have a choice to redeem cash vouchers* or gifts**. Redemption top-up month is done every April and October.
Points cannot be carried forward after the 2nd redemption due date nor exchangeable for cash
• Membership is valid Malaysia only
• Replacement of lost card is chargeable at RM10
• Membership validity is as stated on the membership card
• Free membership renewal is granted with 20,000 points accumulated over the duration of the membership validity
• Accumulated point is null and void if incorrect information is provided
